My Love for Black and White Photography

Hi guys, I know its been a while since you've heard from me. I do apologise. I've been so busy with college work as well as creating this blog but I'm back now and couldn't think of a better way of relaunching my blog than with a post about my unending love for Black and White Photography. In recent years,
I have developed a love for photography of all types but specifically Black and White. There is just something about a black and white photo that never fails to hold my attention. They also seem to be reminiscent of a certain time because  there was a time where you could only get black and white photos, so since photographers choose to take black and white ones, despite having the choice of colour, just shows how timeless they really are. My media teacher in year 9 once told me that "You can't really take a bad black and white photo" and he wasn't wrong. Here are some photos that really stand out to me while also proving his point:

Bianca Jagger

Debbie Harry.

Fabrizio Moretti, Binki Shapiro, Rodrigo Amarante.
John Lennon and Ringo Starr.

John Lennon.

Kendall Jenner.
Monica Bellucci.

Alexa Chung and Alex Turner.

The Beatles.

John Lennon.

This one is probably my favourite of the lot. This is me and my friend making it perfectly clear we didn't want our photo taken. The Photographer clearly had other ideas, Thankfully. Photo Creds : Jacob Derbyshire.

Now, usually I'd say a lot more but I think the pictures speak for themselves and hopefully reinforce my point.
